Which five Mercedes models rock this decade?

Mercedes-Benz is a company that doesn’t need an introduction. The company is not only popular for inventing the first-ever car, but also for its large market share. They have vehicles in all industries from motorsports, transportation and industry vehicles. Off all their cars, luxury, and high-end cars rock more.

Below are models released within the last ten years that have had car enthusiasts speaking:

  • Mercedes AMG GT 63S

The AMG GT 63S is an improvement of the popular AMG GT. It is among the fastest four-door cars in the world. The car was produced as a test of how fast a luxury sedan can go. It carries a twin-turbo V8 engine with 630 horsepower and 664-pound feet of torque. With such an engine, the car accelerates to 60 in only 3.1 seconds. It comes with advanced security features, including Drift Mode that converts into an RWD.

  • Mercedes Benz A-Class Sedan

The A-Class Sedan came in 2018, a new version of the sun-compact A-Class. It appeared in the markets in the U.S. in 2019. The car offers more legroom and has more rear storage area. It runs on a 2.0L engine producing 188 horsepower and appeals to those looking for practicality in a sporty car.

  • Mercedes AMG C 63 S

The Mercedes C Class is well on the market, but it is the C 63 AMG that has piqued the attention of car enthusiasts. The coupe debuted in showrooms in 2015 and has since appealed to millions. It operates in a 4.0L V8 engine offering between 469 and 503 horsepower. The higher HP version launches to 60 in less than 4 seconds. It achieves a top speed of 180 mph and comes with advanced features such as driver-assist, LED-lighting, and an advanced infotainment system.

  • Mercedes Benz SL Class

The SL class has been in the market since 2012. The SL came as Mercedes-Benz’s latest generation of luxury convertible lineup. To make it better as a sports car, Mercedes used an all aluminum body that significantly reduced its weight. It also features advanced petrol engines to produce 630 horsepower. The SL competes with high-performance vehicles such as Lamborghini and Aventador.

  • Mercedes Benz EQC

The EQC is a full electric SUV running on 80kWH li-ion battery with motors that produce 402 horsepower. The company toned down the weight of the SUV to make it lighter and more energy efficient. It will launch to 60 in only 5.1 seconds.

There are more models that have rocked the decade – the above are only representatives.
